Dems Say Trump ‘Agrees’ To Law Protecting Dreamers; White House Denies

“We had a very productive meeting at the White House with the president,” Pelosi and Schumer stated.

President Trump together with Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer “agreed” to pass authority to support the nation’s 800,000 Dreamers from eviction.

“The discussion focused on DACA. We agreed to enshrine the protections of DACA into law quickly and to work out a package of border security, excluding the wall, that’s acceptable to both sides.” Pelosi and Schumer continued

The White House said that the meeting on Wednesday was a “positive step toward the President’s strong commitment to bipartisan solutions for the issues most important to all Americans,” and also a “constructive working dinner”.

Marc Shorts said that no deal on DACA’s Dreamers or a boundary wall has been reached. He also accused Schumer and Pelosi’s and said that their statement is “misleading”.

Then press secretary Sarah Sanders tweeted :

Matt House fired back at Sander’s tweet saying:

Steve Mnuchin also as the Republican leaders want six to eighteen months and reportedly when Trump decided that decision left the GOP leaders fuming.

“I think that’s ridiculous and disgraceful that they want to play politics with the debt ceiling at this moment when we have fellow citizens in need, to respond to these hurricanes so we do not stand them,” Paul Ryan stated about his Democratic co-worker at that time.

Rayan said that the deportation of the thousands of Dreamers is “not in our nation’s interest,”  during an interview on Wednesday

Rayan then stated, “I do believe that there’s got to be a solution to this problem”.

Then he continued “But at the same time I think it’s only reasonable; it makes perfect common sense, that we deal with the problem that was the root cause of this; which is we do not have operational control of our borders. We are not adequately enforcing our laws.“.

“And so it makes perfect sense to fix the source of the problem; the cause, while we deal with the symptom of the problem; the DACA issue so that we don’t end up with a DACA problem 10 years from now.”

Building a wall along the country’s southern border is what the President campaigned massively about; he also pledged to dismiss the huge number illegal immigrants presently living in the United States. For those who are illegal along with the Dreamers; a lot of Republican leaders have lengthy confronting procedure to citizenship for them.
